Women’s Nutrition

It is hard especially for working mothers today to juggle children, a career, and the everyday duties of a mother and wife. Many health problems in women are caused by stress and lack of sleep.

As a mother, I treasure health even more now. I cannot afford to fall sick. When I was down with flu two weeks ago, I felt horrible. I couldn’t take care of my son. I had to stay away from him to avoid spreading the virus to him. My work was affected. I felt like I’ve ruined all my schedule and responsibilities.

Now that I’ve recovered, I need to boost my immunity and strengthen my defences against sickness. I found an excellent supplement for women’s health today. It’s the GNC Women’s Ultra Mega dietary supplement.

GNC’s Women’s Ultra Mega is a premium formula specially formulated to meet women’s nutritional needs that includes antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to supplement key nutrients essential in the daily diet. The timed-release tablets provide gradual release of vital nutrients for optimal nutrient uptake over hours.

For busy mothers who always snack on fast foods or having irregular meals, I strongly advise you to start taking dietary supplements. If we have our health, we have everything!

    Hi Emily,

I took essence of chicken last time too, but no effect, still tired after some time.

My cols who runs shift took it and recommend to me. I checked with Huiji (email them), it’s all natural herbs and is suitable for vegatrain and even diabetes. no sugar, the natural sweetness is from the red dates. so far i drink once in the morning, once at night. still effective (i took few bottles already)

The Huiji Bu yao jing can get from ntuc, the website:

    cheers,
