Sun-Maid Raisins

9 July 2009 2 Comments

Sun-Maid RaisinsThis is Little Edison’s latest favorite snack. It all started from my husband, who likes to munch on these raisins whenever he plays a computer game. He left the empty boxes on his computer table. One fine day, Little Edison found these boxes in the fridge and he insisted to eat them.

With just one try, he loves the raisins so much. Now, these raisins become his daily snack. I allow him to eat because they are delicious, nutritious and 100% natural. I like the fact that they contain no preservatives.

According to the nutritional information on the box, one-quarter cup of the delicious Sun-Maid raisins is equivalent to one fruit serving. Of course, he doesn’t eat as much as one-quarter cup a day. We keep each serving to about 1/8 cup in order not to affect his meals.

Raisins - 6 packs

Besides eating them directly, we can also add them to plain yogurt, cereal, bread, salads and desserts. They are just so delicious.
