SmartKids Asia 1 to 3 July 2016 | Asia’s Largest Educational Kids’ Fair

SmartKids Asia, Asia’s LARGEST Educational Kids’ Fair is a fun-filled family event that combines education, health and family-bonding activities to give its visitors unparalleled opportunities to spend time together and explore the potential of their children.

For the first time since 2012, the annual SmartKids Asia will be making a second debut this year on 1 to 3 July from Friday to Sunday at 10am to 9pm (1 to 2 July) and 10am to 8pm (3 July) at Suntec Singapore, Hall 405 & 406.

In celebration of Youth Day, this three-day event offers an extensive line-up of fun activities such as meet & greet sessions with popular characters, free trial classes from leading enrichment centres, interactive activities, an inflatable obstacle course challenge, and even a Scholarship Programme.

If your children are aged between 3 and 12 years old, these activities are tailored for you. Yay, I can hear your excitement! Let’s mark down 1 to 3 July 2016 on your calendar now. Admission is free.

 

Here’s a list of the exciting activities that you and your family can look forward at the event.

1. Meet & Greet Sessions with 4 popular characters

SmartKids Asia will bring a set of four popular characters: My Little Pony featuring Apple Jack, Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash; Robocar Poli featuring Poli & Amber; Pororo & Friends featuring Pororo, Crong and Petty; and the characters from Sylvanian Families onto stage for three days of performances and Meet & Greet sessions.

During its first run in March 2016, SmartKids Asia received an overwhelming number of 8,000 registrations for just 300 Meet & Greet passes. So, please act fast to avoid disappointment. Register via SmartKids’ Asia’s Facebook page and online registration channel for these popular Meet & Greet passes now!

 

2. Daily Lucky Draw with prizes up to $10,000

Who doesn’t like lucky draw? Hah. Visitors will be entitled to one chance in the lucky draw with every receipt of purchase. And it’s happening DAILY during the 3-day event! $10,000 worth of prizes including Furama RiverFront Singapore staycations, passes from iFly Singapore and many more to be won. Good luck!

 

3. F-17 Futsal Challenge

In collaboration with F-17, Fandi Ahmad’s Academy of Football Excellence, visitors can participate in SmartKids Asia’s first 1V1 challenge. Open to children aged 5 to 12, top players will walk home with a Football Scholarship! Woohoo!

4. SmartKids Asia Sponsorship Programme

SmartKids Asia will partner with key education providers to offer a new set of scholarships to deserving students this coming July. It aims to reward students aged 5 to 12 years old with one of the educational and enrichment programmes available.

Registrants will be assessed on-site by individual education providers on 1 – 3 July. Following the assessment, successful recipients will be awarded the scholarships on stage at the event on Sunday, 3 July.

5. Speak Up! Kids – National Public Speaking Competition

Partnering with eXplorerKid, SmartKids Asia will also be introducing the nation’s first public speaking competition for kids aged 7 to 12 years old. With prizes worth more than $10,000 to be won, the registrations are now open for the Open & School Categories. Read HERE for more details.

6. Free Trial Classes

Trial Classes

During the 3-days event, free trial classes from educational and enrichment providers will be available from 10am to 8pm daily. The full list of activities will be available HERE. It will surely bring a smile to your face.

 

7. Daily Stage Activities

Your family can also enjoy daily stage activities encompassing education, arts and sports at the event. Prepare to have fun!

 

8. The Inflatable Challenge

Edison is sure gonna love this! Children of all ages are welcome to take part in a time-challenged obstacle course that will take place at the Inflatable Area. Admission is free.

 

9. Goodie Bag Giveaway (worth up to $50)

1,500 goodie bags will be given away, and registrants can redeem their goodie bags on-site from 10am onwards. Limited to the first 500 registrants per day. The early bird catches the worm, so if you don’t want to miss the goodie bag, do come early.

 

10. SmartKids Asia’s Fun Passport

This is an interactive activity for children of all ages. Participants have to complete activities from 6 different pit stops from a list of many. Completion of the passport entitles them to spin the prize wheel with exciting prizes up for grabs.

 

11. Princess & Superhero Contest

Last but not least, the Princess & Superhero Contest will showcase children of all ages donning creative theme costumes on stage. The winners will be judged based on creativity, uniqueness and overall appeal. Top participants stand a chance to win prizes worth up to $1,000.

12. Youth Day Art Competition
