Christmas Village at Singapore Flyer + Tickets Giveaway!

Christmas Village

Two weeks ago, we were invited to the sneak preview of Christmas Village in the Tropics at Singapore Flyer. From 17 Nov 2012 to 1 Jan 2013, the world’s largest Giant Observation Wheel lights up Christmas with a gleeful line-up of activities and a dazzling spectacle of more than 2 million LED lights.

Christmas Village is a million dollar project that brings visitors through the countryside and village set aglow with over a million bright, energy-saving LED lights adorning gift sheds, buildings and landscape.

The highlight of this village is the 3-dimentional display of Santa’s Sleigh being pulled by 8 reindeers as it “soars” across the Singapore skyline with The Singapore Flyer as its backdrop. This display has a length of about 20 meters and it’s absolutely gorgeous!

There is also Santa’s Home and Workshop, snowy pine trees with polar bears playing in the snow, Rudolph and friends frolicking in the snow, Golden Pine Trees with huge snowballs and 8 playful gnomes outside a beautiful log house.

This spectacular Christmas Village will surely bring smiles to the little ones, countless photo memories for families as well as a memorable Christmas experience for everyone. And the tallest Christmas tree is here too! Standing at a mammoth 83 metres, completes with light-up of more than 1 million LED lights, the view is simply breathtaking!

Oh, I’m feeling Christmas in November! It’s so exciting and we just couldn’t stop taking pictures of the wonderful decorations, particularly at the outdoor with snowy pine trees, the gnomes and Santa’s reindeers.
